South Beach Place is an original 1950s catwalk building with open-air breezeways, tropical gardens, and an easy, unhurried pace. Today it is a boutique hotel of eighteen suites, set steps from the Atlantic, with the restaurants of South Beach within walking distance.
Downtown Vero Beach is a few minutes away.

Our History
Once the South Shore
Long before it was South Beach Place, this catwalk building welcomed travelers as the South Shore. The stone end wall, the open-air stairs, and the breezeways are all still here.

Suites
Eighteen suites, room to spread out
Every suite has a full kitchen and a private bath. All but one are laid out like a small apartment, with a separate living room, dining area and bedroom. The eighteenth is a studio. Three suites sleep up to four guests.
