Good to know before you arrive
These policies are part of your reservation with us, and they help every guest enjoy a peaceful stay.
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in from 3:00 PM
- Check-out by 11:00 AM
- Late check-out is $60, subject to availability
- Same-day reservations are accepted during office hours
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival
- Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are charged one night
- Same-day reservations may be canceled at no charge
Rates & Payment
- Economic Season: May 1 to December 15
- Pre-Peak Season: December 16 to January 15
- High Season: January 16 to April 30
- Rates are based on two guests and subject to 12% Florida State Tourist and Sales Tax
- Weekly and monthly rates are available for extended stays booked direct
- The balance is due at check-in. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted
Guests
- Additional guests 12 and older: $50 per person, per night
- Cribs and air mattresses are available on request
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, throughout the property
Pets
- Dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly suites, confirmed before arrival
- $50 per pet, up to two dogs per suite, each up to 60 lbs at maturity
- Please keep pets leashed in common areas
- A $150 cleaning fee applies to pets found in suites that are not pet-friendly
Pool
- Open dawn to dusk, for registered guests. Swim at your own risk
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- No pets, smoking, or glass in the pool area
A Smoke-Free Hotel
- Smoking is permitted only in the designated garden area
- A $250 cleaning fee applies to smoking inside a suite
Housekeeping & Laundry
- Daily housekeeping is available on request for $60
- Weekly housekeeping is included for long-term stays
- A self-service guest laundry is located in the west wing
Parking & Belongings
- Free guest parking at the south end of the property
- Please keep valuables with you. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items
- Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property
