- Same-day bookings are accepted only during office hours.
- If departing before 9:00 AM, please leave your keys inside the room and the door unlocked.
- For late arrivals, your room will be unlocked with keys placed on the dining table.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 PM. Loud noise, music, or disruption in rooms, walkways, the pool, or anywhere on the property is not permitted and may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will be charged for one full night.
- Same-day reservations may be canceled at no charge.
Pool Policy
- Open from dawn to dusk
- Use at your own risk
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- No pets, no smoking, and no glass in the pool area
- Pool furniture must remain in the pool area
- The pool is for registered hotel guests only
- Towels are provided for hotel guests only
Damage Policy
Our rooms are furnished with vintage collectible pieces.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, whether accidental or intentional.
Any costs associated with repairs and /or replacement will be charged to the guest.

Rate Policy
South Beach Place offers three seasonal rate periods throughout the year:
- Economic Season: May 1 – December 15
- Pre-Peak Season: December 16 – January 15
- High Season: January 16 – April 30
All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to a 12% Florida State Tourist and Sales Tax.
Extended Stay Savings:
Discounted weekly and monthly rates are available for extended stays and direct bookings. Please call the hotel for details and availability.
Payment Policy
Reservation balance due at the time of check-in.
Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and American Express Cards are accepted.
Occupancy
- All rooms are based on double occupancy, unless otherwise noted.
- Additional guests 12 years and older: $50 per person, per night.
- Cribs and air mattresses are available upon request.
No Smoking Policy
South Beach Place is a smoke-free hotel.
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside guest suites.
A designated smoking area is located in the garden.
Pet Policy
We are happy to welcome your furry friends at South Beach Place.
Please review the guidelines below to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:
- Flat rate: $50 per pet.
- Leash requirement: Pets must remain leashed in all common areas.
- Pet-friendly rooms: All pet stays must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure availability.
- Non-designated rooms: Pets found in non-pet rooms will incur a $150 cleaning fee.
- Pet limit: Maximum of two (2) dogs per designated pet-friendly room.
- Weight limit: Dogs up to 60 lbs. at maturity.
- Cleanliness: Please dispose of pet waste in the dumpster located at the back of the building.
Guest Parking
Guest parking is located at the south end of the property.
Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
South Beach Place is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or belongings.
Housekeeping Service
- Daily housekeeping is not included.
- Housekeeping service is available upon request for a $60 fee.
- For long-term stays, weekly housekeeping is provided at no charge.
- For daily towel exchange, place used towels and linens on the porch chair by noon; they will be replaced with a clean set.
Guest Laundry
A self-service laundry room is available in the west wing of the building (guest-paid).
Change is available at the office.
We are not responsible for items left unattended.
BBQ Area
The BBQ is available for all guests.
Please clean the grill and surrounding area after use.
Turn off the gas tank when finished.
Use at your own risk.
Garbage & Recycling
Please dispose of trash and recyclables in the dumpster at the southwest corner of the property.
We encourage recycling—thank you for helping us keep the property clean!
Personal Belongings
Hotel management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items left in guest rooms or on the property.
Room Assignments
We will do our best to accommodate your room preference.
However, we reserve the right to change room assignments at our discretion and for any reason.
