Room 203 holds a special place in our hearts. It is the favorite room of one of our most loyal guests—a charming Frenchwoman named Marie Martin, whom we lovingly call La Parisina (“The Parisian Woman”). She leaves a little of that unmistakable Paris effect with us every time she visits. And because, as she reminds us, “Elegance is the only beauty that never fades,” we renamed this room in her honor.

The Parisina Room invites all lovers of Paris and fashion to enjoy its unique French-accent vintage pieces. Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome your furry friends at South Beach Place.
Please review the guidelines below to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:

• Flat rate: $50 per pet
• Leash requirement: Pets must remain leashed in all common areas
• Pet-friendly rooms: All pet stays must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure availability
• Non-designated rooms: Pets found in non-pet rooms will incur a $150 cleaning fee
• Pet limit: Maximum of two (2) dogs per designated pet-friendly room
• Weight limit: Dogs up to 60 lbs. at maturity
• Cleanliness: Please dispose of pet waste in the dumpster located at the back of the building

Occupancy

• All rooms are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted.
• Guests 12 years of age and older will be charged an additional $50 per person, per night.
• Cribs and air mattresses are available upon request; please contact the front desk for more information.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged for one full night.
• Same-day reservations may be canceled at no charge.
